Furthermore, we regularly conduct compliance training and promote other educational programs to ensure that our business activities remain ethical.

Status of Compliance System

Recognizing that efforts targeting the enhancement and effective implementation of its companywide compliance system are an essential cornerstone of sustainable corporate value enhancement, Macbee has established "Compliance Regulations" and remains committed to ensuring thorough awareness of, and adherence to, these regulations. Chaired by the officer in charge of our administration department, our Compliance Committee was established to promote and oversee training programs and other essential compliance-related activities. In addition, we have created an internal reporting system through which group members can report or seek internal consultation regarding violations of laws or regulations and other issues associated with compliance.

Macbee has established an internal channel through which employees can report any misconduct or harassment they witness or experience while performing their duties. In accordance with its regulations, the company resolutely responds to reports of misconduct or harassment while protecting whistleblowers by ensuring that their information remains strictly confidential.

Whistleblower reports can be delivered in person, through e-mail messages personally addressed to appropriate personnel, through electronic messages delivered to the address we have established exclusively for the purpose of processing whistleblower reports, or through any other means. Departments responsible for handling internal whistleblower reports will subsequently inform corporate auditors of all circumstances related to reports delivered through our internal reporting system.
