We have established a system that allows directors and employees to consult and report on any actions that may be in violation of compliance or that may be perceived as harassment. We also regularly conduct compliance training and other activities to ensure that we carry out our business activities with high moral standards.

Status of Compliance System

We recognize that strengthening and promoting a company-wide compliance system is essential for the sustainable improvement of corporate value. Therefore, we have established “Compliance Regulations” and ensure their thorough dissemination and adherence. We have also established a Compliance Committee, chaired by the executive officer in charge of the Management Department, to oversee and manage training programs and other necessary compliance-related activities. Internal reporting system has been established as well as a consultation and reporting system within the company regarding legal violations and other compliance issues.

We have established an internal contact point where employees can report any cases of misconduct or harassment they have witnessed or experienced.
We will protect the whistleblower, maintain confidentiality, and deal with the report in a fair and impartial manner, as stipulated in our regulations.
