Status of Compliance System
We recognize that strengthening and promoting a company-wide compliance system is essential for the sustainable improvement of corporate value. Therefore, we have established “Compliance Regulations” and ensure their thorough dissemination and adherence. We have also established a Compliance Committee, chaired by the executive officer in charge of the Management Department, to oversee and manage training programs and other necessary compliance-related activities. Internal reporting system has been established as well as a consultation and reporting system within the company regarding legal violations and other compliance issues.Internal Reporting System
We have established an internal contact point where employees can report any cases of misconduct or harassment they have witnessed or experienced.We will protect the whistleblower, maintain confidentiality, and deal with the report in a fair and impartial manner, as stipulated in our regulations.

Reports can be made in person, by email to the relevant person, by email to the dedicated reporting address, or by any other means.The department in charge of the internal reporting contact point will report on the status of reports made through the internal reporting system to the Audit and Supervisory Committee.
