Basic Philosophy

In accordance with our Corporate Philosophy (“To be an organization that continues to support you in achieving your dreams and goals”), we strive to be an organization that nurtures an altruistic spirit and enables its employees improve themselves, enrich their lives, and perform exciting and inspiring work. As we endeavor to achieve these objectives, we recognize the importance of onboarding, proper staff placement, and subsequent employee development, and we have accordingly adopted a variety of supportive measures and systems.

HR System

・Creation of Core Values
We put the core values important to the Macbee Planet Group into words.

・Appropriate Employee Placement
We conduct employee placement that we have determined will maximize performance based on the skills, backgrounds, and competencies of individual employees.

・Evaluation System
Evaluations and assessments are based on examinations of employee work and adherence to our core values.

・One-on-One Interviews
On a monthly basis, employees meet with their supervisors to improve their individual skills.

・Employee Directory
We post employee introduction pages with photos on our intranet and allow access to these pages at any time.

・Company Regulations and Manuals
Our regulations, rules, and manuals are online and accessible at any time.

・Shuffle Dinners
We cover the cost of dinners that enable employees to interact and build relationships with staff from different divisions and departments.

・Section Meetings
We cover the costs of monthly social gatherings for each department.

・Quarterly Report Sessions and General Employee Assemblies
Once per quarter, we report on the company's overall strategy and progress to deepen understanding regarding our organization.

・Macbee Meetings
After quarterly report sessions and general employee assemblies are held, we pay for companywide social gatherings that strengthen understanding of our organization and cooperation between different departments.

・Lunch Meetings with the President
Macbee covers the costs of lunch meetings attended by its president, who uses these meetings as opportunities for sharing his ideas and facilitating interactive communication with employees.

Onboarding

・New Employee Orientation
During onboarding, we support new employees through a variety of measures, including introduction processes and guidance concerning issues related to human resources, labor, legal affairs, and internal approval procedures.

・Buddy System
To ensure early acclimation to our corporate environment (onboarding), we provide mid-career hires with a buddy (a veteran employee with whom they can comfortably communicate) for the first three months after they join the company while also informing them of our rules and introducing them to other employees.

・Introduction to Existing Employees through a Welcome Chat Group
New employees are introduced to the entire chat group by their assigned buddies.

・Personal Chronologies
We share videos detailing the careers and life histories of new employees with the entire company.

・Welcome Lunches
We cover the costs of welcome lunches for new employees.

・Buddy Lunches
We cover lunch expenses so new employees can establish contact with a wider range of individuals.

・Post-Employment Interviews
We conduct interviews with new employees one month and three months after they join the company to check for acclimation-related concerns (mismatches), mental health issues, etc.

Training

・Formation of Training Teams
Freshly recruited new graduates and mid-career hires are assigned to pre-deployment training teams to improve their skills.

・Training Programs
We have established our own training programs to provide education appropriate to the levels of development attained by individual employees.

・Book Purchasing Assistance
Each month, we cover the cost of up to one book per employee in an effort to improve their knowledge and skills.

・Macbee Library
We have established a book lending system that encourages our employees to self-educate.

・Internal Recruitment
Macbee supports active participation from its staff through an internal recruiting system that regularly invites employees to transfer to other departments in need of personnel.

・School Assistance
To help employees improve their skills, we provide subsidies for school-related fees and other educational expenses.
