Respect for Human Rights
Policies and Core Philosophy
We view consideration for human rights as a cornerstone of our management and recognize that we must demonstrate respect for human rights through both our own operations and those associated with our supply chain. Accordingly, we value the human rights of all individuals involved in our business activities, including directors, staff (including part-time, temporary, and dispatch employees), and personnel performing operations for subcontractors and other partners. In line with these values, we strive to create environments in which employees can achieve maximum performance by applying their own unique workstyles and will not encounter discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, nationality, religion, or any other personal attributes unrelated to their employment.Meanwhile, we also prioritize communication with our employees and ensure respect for their individual motivations while executing a variety of measures aimed at promoting healthy work styles, including merit-based employee placement, prevention of long working hours through monitoring and visualization of workloads, and mental health care.
We have established a system through which directors and employees can discuss and report any behavior that they feel may be a violation of compliance or harassment-related policies. Furthermore, we regularly conduct compliance training in an effort to ensure that our business activities remain ethically sound.
