We regard respect for human rights as a cornerstone of our management philosophy. We are committed to upholding human rights through our own operations and within our supply chain. Accordingly, we value the rights of all individuals involved in our business activities, including directors, employees (whether full-time, part-time, temporary, or dispatched), subcontractors, and other partners. Guided by these principles, we aim to foster environments where employees can maximize their potential through diverse workstyles, free from discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, religion, or any other personal attribute unrelated to their employment.

At the same time, we emphasize open communication with employees and respect their individual motivations. We implement measures to promote healthy workstyles, including merit-based employee placement, monitoring and managing workloads to prevent long working hours, and providing mental health support.

To ensure our business activities align with ethical principles, we have established a system that allows directors and employees to consult or report any behavior that may violate compliance or may be regarded as harassments, and we also regularly conduct compliance trainings.

Human Rights Issues Associated with Business Activities

・Forced Labor
We do not tolerate forced labor and prohibits all forms of modern slavery, including debt bondage and human trafficking.

・Child Labor
We forbid the use of child labor and observe minimum ages for employment as stipulated by law. We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to perform labor for us.

・Discrimination
We prohibit all forms of discrimination based on personal characteristics such as race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, nationality, and religion. We respect the individuality and diversity of each member within our group and promote the creation of an environment where diverse talents can maximize their potential.

・Harassment and Inhumane Treatment
We forbid all forms of physical or mental harassment, including sexual harassment and power harassment. Furthermore, we prohibit harassment and discriminatory language or behavior that could cause harm to the working environments.

・Working Hours and Wages
In accordance with laws and regulations, we will maintain workplace environments where all employees can keep working under healthy and safe working conditions.

Whistleblowing System and Remediation

We have established whistleblowing system to promptly identify and address human rights issues related to our business activities. If it becomes evident that certain actions cause human rights violations, we will take corrective measures through appropriate procedures.

Education and Training

We will provide necessary education and training to ensure that all employees understand the policies and perform their duties in accordance with the policies.
