Basic Philosophy

Working Environments and Offices

・ Before-Work Cleanings
Employees clean company spaces before starting work to ensure clean working environments.
・Free-Address Office System
By adopting free-address office systems in all sections other than our administrative department, we have established office designs that allow for easy communication.

・Alcohol-Based Disinfectant Spray
To ensure sanitary conditions for our employees, we place alcohol-based disinfectant spray containers at all workstations.

・Thermometers
To assist employees with health management, thermometers have been placed at points of entry.

・Masks/Medicine
We provide protective masks and standard medicines to help ensure the health of our employees.

Workstyles

・Allowance of Secondary Employment
To help employees achieve personal growth and realize their dreams, we allow them to obtain secondary employment.

・Lenient Dress Code

・Monitoring of Working Hours
We ensure accurate tracking of working hours through management of attendance and entry/exit records.

・Open Communication via Slack
In principle, we prohibit chat tool-based communication between individual employees. Instead, we ensure the psychological safety of our employees by promoting open chat tool-based communication using Slack.

Wellness and Occupational Safety and Health

・Health Assessments
We cover the full cost of our employees' annual health assessments.

・Vaccinations
We shoulder costs associated with vaccinations and other immunological treatments.

・Health Committee
Our Health Committee meets once a month to discuss ways to improve working environments for our employees.

・Interviews with occupational health physicians
When deemed necessary based on working hours and mental health conditions, we provide employees with opportunities to meet with occupational health physicians.

Employee Benefits

・Housing Allowances
We provide housing allowances of JPY20,000 per month for employees who live within two train stations from Shibuya Station (the station closest to our head office) and within a three-kilometer radius extending from our head office.

・Child Allowances
We provide additional compensation for employees with dependent children.

・School Assistance
Employees are eligible for subsidies that cover the cost of attending schools and participating in other programs that help improve their skills.

・Book Purchase Subsidies
To help employees improve their knowledge and expertise, we cover the cost of purchasing up to one book per employee each month.

・Happy Two Weeks
In an effort to enhance our employees' working environments, we allow members of our staff who are so inclined to work remotely for one to two-week periods.

・Drink-Dispensing Machines
We have installed machines that dispense beverages free of charge and can be used by members of our staff.
